How nice to have found a bone density improvement supplement that includes the ingredients Cissus quadrangularis, the Hydroxyapatite form of calcium, and Strontium, along with the other ingredients that are typically included in many bone health supplements. Bone Densi-T is in capsule form, which for me is so much easier to take than tablets, It also contains synergistic ingredients so that I don't have to search for and purchase each of them separately, as I used to. I hope my next Dexa Scan shows bone density improvement after taking these on a regular basis.

This is a very good blend for a good choice of bone supplement. It basically has whatever needed - calcium, magnesium, vit D, vit K, boron etc. So if you like convienience, this is it. And there's no additives & nonsense. A very hard find. I used to take many bottles to make up this same ingredients list. So now, it's all in one.
