I found this product originally at Whole Foods until they discontinued the product in stores. The benefits have been significant, helping to reduce my period cramps and PMS symptoms when taken early enough prior to my period. Just a one time dosage of two capsules a day, with or without food. The ingredients being all natural make it my go to medicine. I definitely try to take these before I take pain killers.

My wife used many products and medication and thank god, we found this and it seems to work well, the PMDD symptoms are less and more calm. For women that suffer with the Premenstrual symptoms PMS & PMDD.

I don't see any effect in it when taking it so I haven't even noticed any benefit because it's still the same for me

if you have pms symptoms, pmdd, bad cramps/endo etc these help so much. when i first started taking these i could tell the difference in how i felt the next day, they have incredible benefits and ingredients. i take them the whole week before and week of.

I wanted to see if I could find a solution to cramps other than just trying to take pain medication. This supplement seems to help. I am not sure if I'm supposed to take it every day, so I just take it when I start to experience symptoms. I do think they improve when I take this. I researched the ingredients prior to ordering and think that this has a really effective blend of ingredients. I will order again.
