The best protein I've tried contains casein protein. It nourishes muscles all day long, and the best time to take it is before bed, especially if you've worked out that same day. It tastes great, the size is perfect, and even the packaging is nice. I always pay attention to the packaging design, and the benefits are huge! 😅

I enjoyed this product, good taste but not my favorite. It mixes very well, which I appreciate not getting clumps. I drink these after my runs and workouts, I would get it again if it is on sale. Quality wise it seems to get the job done. 4 stars overall.
