This raw truffle cake is amazing. Perfect flavor + texture! Love how dense it is, a small slice will do you- kind of like a mousse but richer. Decadent, luxurious- definitely something’s raw vegan needs every once in a while!

Texture: not too soft or hard, really truffle-liked. But it has a hard crust (only at the bottom). Chewy currants, crispy nuts inside plus choco nibs on top make its texture more complex. Taste: the good point is that it is not too sweet. Quite heavy for a little bite so I cannot imagine how one treats it as a "cake." Maybe it likes mooncake... a small piece fills your stomach. And I don't quite like the currants inside. It has a light sour taste which does not match so well with cocao. My personal recipe: add some peanut butter, turning it into a peanut butter cup (or plate)! Yumyum~ Still a good buy given all that clean and plant-based ingredients.

Great!!! I can not believe that this cake came all the way from US to my country in one piece and looking like it was just made right now :) This is incredible! Tastes great! I'm very happy that it doesn't get spoiled quickly and does not need any refrigeration! 5 plus for this one! Unbelievable! Chocolate lovers, this is the one!

Raw AND delicious ~YES❣ Been buying & sharing these Raw delights for years. The 28 ounce one is great at holiday time. In summer. I keep them in fridge. A little challenging to slice when cold, and the flavour is incredible whether it's chilled, or room temperature 😁 Only 5 grams of sugar (from coconut sugar & raw currants) per serving makes it a tasty treat for entire family, & allows me to really taste the cacao & nuts! Simple, pure & a taste I look forward to again & again & again, just like all their high quality selections!! Love their commitment to minimal packaging & supporting a small family business👍🏻

That’s the yummiest vegan thing I’ve ever tried. It’s a delicious chocolate cake which satisfies my needs for sweet and chocolate treat. I love ordering it all the time. The ingredients are clean which is great for my vegan diet and tells a lot about product quality. The only thing is it’s not that big but it’s a great dessert option after a meal.

It’s satisfying. It tastes special, not the usual chocolate truffle taste. I like it more after the first bite. It has few spoiled old nuts.

Honestly, I had low expectations of this because the ingredients are so clean…and I was so wrong. I’m a big fan of having different textures—creamy truffle, chewy currants (I believe was the dried fruit?), crunchy almonds, so that was a delight. Great taste, great clean ingredients. So pleasantly surprised, and disappointed that it’s now seasonally unavailable.

This is a unique and wonderful treat made with wonderful ingredients. Best at room temperature. Buy a big one, cut it into pieces and store in the freezer for easy eating. Makes a great gift!
