I found the SNAP Supplements Sleep Complex with Melatonin to be a gentle aid on nights when I had trouble winding down. It helped me fall asleep a bit faster without making me feel groggy the next morning. I liked that it combines melatonin with calming ingredients like valerian root and magnesium.
The size is great. I was looking for one that has as few ingredients as possible. Helps you sleep thru the night

by far my favourite melatonin supplement so far the dosage is good, not too small nor too big lots of helpful ingredients that amplify the benefits of melatonin like 5htp and some herbs which together calms you and rise the serotonin for sweet night. as you probably understood already from the vibe here, the quality is super and I honestly reccomend this for everyone. also, if you going into raves or hardcore parties like that and you took some stuff which deplet your serotonin and making you usually down the day after. there is a bunch of supplements you should take, and this is definitely one of those (I would recommend to keep 2 kinds of melatonin supp, one with only melatonin for when you get home and this one for the day after)
If you are insomniacs take it. It has indredients that also help with mood and depression, the dosage is the proper one- i would say that you have the margin to take a bit more- and it definatly benefits your sleep. It tastes like a supplement.
I would not buy this product again.. it only helped one night. find something else.

I had high hopes for this supplement; unfortunately, it has the opposite effect on me. Even though I feel tired and relaxed after taking 2 pills, my brain stays alert all night, and I feel my eyes moving while closed. It's been 3 nights like that, and I feel exhausted the next day. Will try to return it.
Tried it the first night and fell into a deep sleep with just one tablet - even though the label recommends two. At 60 kg (BMI 23), one tablet already feels incredibly powerful.
