It has a balanced composition; medium size. It has a herbal smell, but it's quite neutral and not off-putting. I really like it doesn't contain folate.
I use this as a supplement to boost cognition and also with maintaining energy levels during the day. This package size lasts me a few months and seems to be of good quality, safe ingredients and well formulated dosage. It has a neutral taste and does really benefit over all energy.
Quality is great, ingredients are various, benefit is great as this product contains lithium, magnesium, zinc, vitamin c, ashwaganda. Taste is good (herbal and nice). Dosage is one daily, size iz ok with meal. I can reccomend this to everyone.

This excellent supplement contains all the necessary micronutrients, including adaptogens such as ashwagandha, ginkgo biloba, and gotu kola, which are mild sedatives. I take different supplements every other month or two.
It helps to benefit healthy and good adrenal functions. My benign tumor is still stable and the same size as seen on the CT scan.

This is an amazing blend! I have tried a lot of different adrenal support blends, and this is one that works surprisingly well for both me and my partner(we have very different constitutions and metabolisms.) I find that this is a great supplement for extending energy throughout the day, even in combination with ADHD meds; I find it more supportive for even-keeled energy, without crashing or feeling nauseous. I take this instead of a second cup of coffee. The herbs also support a more restful night's sleep--just don't take it after like 4pm, it can really keep you up!
I'm taking this supplement to support my adrenal function. When i showed this to my doctor, she agreed that ingredients are very good and I should continue taking it.
