The lollipop flavor is well done, the ingredients are quite good, and it mixes easily... But it's low on caffeine for a pre-stimulant and the cost per dose is VERY high. It could be competitive if it weren't so expensive.

Very good quality pre workout, good composition, everything is there... Vitamins, antioxidants, good dosage, the taste goes down very well. Can be mixed with any drink other than water, no lumps. Gives a real boost, very effective. Can be felt throughout the session. To be used I think for long workouts, but also effective for daily routines. Very good results, energy maintained. Packaging to be reviewed perhaps...

the ingredients look promising and expect to help recovery after intensive training. bought it on sale , need time to see if it works

I always take Nitric Oxide about an hour before my workout (strength training) and it gives me more strength and endurance. The taste is of course very intense of beetroot, but since I really like eating this vegetable, this is not a problem.
