Great product! I love the glass packaging, and has really made a difference in my mental health, sleep, muscles, and harmones. A little pricy, but seems to be high quality. This company uses a lot less filler and additives to their supplements, which i LOVE. FYI I did find a piece of plastic in another product by this company, so i'm a bit skeptical on using their products in the future. I did love this magnesium though.

This high quality magnesium is really great for balancing minerals when you’re lacking in this department! Ingredients are clean and the magnesium is an easily digestible form, which enhances the benefit! Bottle packaging is a good size, capsules aren’t too big for swallowing - obviously with no taste. package is glass, size is great, benefit excellent for deficiency, i take it for sleep, and mineral deficiency, joint and muscle pain, no taste at all, easy to swallow these pills. i love organifi, most of their products are excellent and use quality ingredients. will definitely order this one again.

it is the first time I tried this brand and this magnesium product. Hard to say it is effective since it is just 1 bottle of usage. I am ok with the size of the pills and ok to digest with no stomach issues.
