I was getting hot flashes in the middle of the night, which was causing me to sleep deprived every day, and then I read in an article that black cohosh was effective. I tried it, and the hot flashes went away if I took it regularly, but if I forgot and didn't take it for 2 or 3 days, the hot flashes came back, so I realized it was working. The capsules are the same size as Japanese capsules, so they're not difficult to swallow. I'll keep taking them.
