I bought this supplement to support my cortisol levels. I have always had issues with high cortisol and was looking for a more all in one supplement with several quality ingredients known to help stabilize cortisol levels. This one includes some really great ones. I have only taken it for a month so would need to report back again later to say if they are truly helping or not though.

This product drastically changed my mood and daily motivation. The ingredients are natural. My stress and anxiety levels has decreased with the dosage of only 2 capsules a day as suggested. There is no taste, the size is travel safe. The overall benefits of this product are great and the quality is perfect.

I ve recently heard good things about this brand from some reputable sources and this is the first product I bought for the stress reduction as the mix of ingredients as well as the dosage is exactely what I was looking for. The quality of the product is absolutely amazing! The first time I took it was when I was going through a pretty stressful work situation and quite fast I noticed a relief of the usual stress symptoms. I never take anything for this matter but I wanted to try a natural way of occasionally calming the body when exposed to external life stressors. The cons: the size of the capsules and the taste. The first time was a struggle with the after taste, but the second time I found the way to swallow the capsules more efficiently (put the capsules as far as possible toward the root of my tongue). This way I had no after taste nor burping. It is a bit pricy considering that the package only lasts for 15 days. However, I am super happy with this purchase!

Love that this helps keep me in check while trying to lower my cortisol. Best quality of ingredients I have used so far. I benefit from this product so much. There is o after taste like some supplements.

I’ve been taking it for a few weeks. Seems to be working with mood/stress. I suffer with terrible periodcramps and have not had any cramping this month which I believe the cortisol helped. Smell is horrible of tablets and taste. I have it with a bit of juice to wash it down.
