I like the Ancient Nutrition brand so I bought it. I like their quality of products. It’s hard to say if it’s working because I don’t feel any different. Maybe I need to take it longer than a month to gain any benefits. At this point, I am uncertain if I will reorder. Maybe I will consider another Ancient Nutrition probiotic product in the future that has other probiotic blends in their ingredients.

From a trusted company - I can not say this did or did not help an issue but it is a good idea to take esp for 30 days after anything that can knock out good bacteria.

I have found that taking a Probiotic helps me control gout attacks. I like that this product has wide range of stuff for the microbiome and is shelf stable.

Works great, I do not have to buy 3 different products to get the same results. It's expensive though.
