There’s no NyQuil in European pharmacies, so this is my replacement for when you’re really, really sick, can’t breathe, and just need a good night sleep free from symptoms.
It's okay in terms of effectiveness. It relieves symptoms at night and allows you to sleep peacefully.
This is a cold medicine that I always kept in stock when I was in the US. I tried many medicines, but this product worked really well for me. In particular, I would take the night syrup when I felt like I was coming down with a cold, take a nap, and wake up feeling fine. When I take the night syrup, I would feel drowsy after 2 hours and fall into a deep sleep, and the drowsiness would last for about 12 hours, so I had to be careful when driving after taking it. It was a necessary household medicine for me who always caught a cold during the changing seasons, so I bought a few sets when I came to Korea. I gave it to my family and took it myself, so I was anxious because I didn't have any medicine anymore. However, I recently sent a picture of this product as a daytime & nighttime set to my younger sibling who was returning from the US and specifically requested it (usually it's always available at drugstores, marts, and Costco), and he bought the daytime capsules. It wasn't available in my country on iHerb until now, but I quickly ordered it when I saw that it was available this time. I plan to stock up on more~

Does a fantastic job at keeping the symptoms at bay whilst trying to get a good nights sleep. Doesn’t keep you up like daytime medication. Taste is definitely something to get used to though, as it’s not the most appealing!
It tastes awful but it’s effective, works fast and you don’t need to worry about getting a good nights sleep. I’m a bit iffy on the value. You don’t get much for what it costs, especially with it being something you take frequently if needed.
