The effects were minimal, but id say I had an increase in mental clarity. I took it for around 1 month. Would try it again but it isn't my priority, I'm focusing on a different regime now. Benefit was okay, but not worth the price. Perhaps the dosage was off. I've never tried it so don't have anything to compare it too quality or ingredients wise.
I have tried a few cistache products now and this is the best one so far. The echinicosides/acetosides ratio is solid. The only other ratio that is the same is Nootropics depots version but your actually getting 50mg more cistache per serving with this one plus all of the extras. It's expensive for me but you do get what you pay for
