So haven't used this one as it is not what I was after, too low a dose

Purchased because it was cheap! However, compared to a practitioner-only product I usually purchase in Australia, it's not as fine (powder/granules) and does taste slightly different. I think this is myo-inositol, but I'm not 100% certain. I've been using it, but probably won't purchase again. Great on an empty stomach, easy to take on it's own.
