When I think of bacon jam I think of something a little more savoury with an almost chutney like consistency. This is more true to a jam texture. I am sure I will be able to use the full jar though, I just don't think I would buy it again.

Yet another quality product with solid ingredients and superb taste. I include it in my diet for a beneficial sweet treat, the composition is nice as well and the package size is perfect. Also use in cooking. An easy recommendation.

The quality of the ingredients seem good but it’s a matter of taste to me. It tastes too smoky and even a little artificial. Will not buy again even though the brand has other great products
Adds wonderful flavor to deviled eggs. Have tried other brands but find Stonewall Kitchens to be the most flavorful. I have visited their facility in Maine and use many of their products and never been disappointed. The quality is always there. I believe Stonewall uses the best ingredients with less additives.
Very unusual combination that comes great with toast, schnitzel or meat. Great quality. The balance of flavor is great- you can think that there are many of bourbon in it, but it’s just the ingredients play with your mouth. The taste is great, I liked it a lot, but not for those who prefer more of a traditional sauces.
Although I'm a big fan of this brand, this product I just don't understand. It doesn't have any taste of bacon or bourbon whatsoever. Just a pretty sweet jam.
