There is nothing drug habit forming with Relaxium but it works well. For myself I need to be sure I am calmed down (good sleep hygiene) but then it works quickly and I fall asleep. If I have to get up in the night I can go right back to sleep as long as I am not up too long. Give it a try!

Find the product to be really effective in providing a comfortable sleep. No ill affects apon awakening. Taste is my only issue. I an unable to swallow the pills, so I add the contents of 2 capsules to about 8 oz. of water. Oh well, can't be helped. I have highly recommended this product to friends and family. Relaxium sleep capsules seem to help. I’m a hard one to judge because I have such a horrible time sleeping through the night. Received the item, but haven’t take it’s first time I want to take theses pills a little worried, btw I’m 27 years old should I take 1 pill?

I have difficulty in remaining asleep, purchasing many sleeping aids over the years from IHerb. These are the same, though they may work for you. I do find mixing a couple or a few sleep herbal aids allows a better sleep, until my body becomes immune to them, then on to something different. Quality product though and always purchase from IHerb.

I don't feel like this knocks me out, but it does help my feel like I want to go to sleep. I do struggle sometimes with falling asleep at times during my cycle due to the wonderful wonders of perimenopause. But this is helping me get better sleep at all times, with longer deep & REM sleep.
