Expensive but worth it
Vital is a great brand but also something of an investment. I got started on their magnesium after a naturopath said its the only brand he recommended. So when I was looking to increase my dosage of vitamin c during a period of ill health, I was happy to find Vital does this non-acidic version. I can take these three times a day when needed and never worry around stomach discomfort.

So happy that I found this high quality brand of C. I prefer buffered and am finding this easier on my stomach. I like that it comes in 500 mg so I can decide which days I want to take 500 and which days to go up to 1000. Vit C is a powerful antioxidant and I find I get less colds when I take it regularly.
