I take this every night before going to bed to help with sleep, as well as my nervous system during the day. I was instructed to open capsule and shake portion of contents under my tongue to dissolve. I’ve done this for a long time and have slowly increased the dosage, which has worked well. Additionally, if I feel I need a bit extra, I minimally increase the dosage. Taking too much has caused headaches. This is the only brand I use for straight GABA.

This is a good brand quality. If you are stressed the gaba will support your adrenals. I only take 1 a day but you can take 2 if you need it. Its a good amount with good ingredients. No after taste.

This seems like a good quality supplement for calming the mind. Ingredients are good and size of bottle contains 90z dosage should be followed to see benefits.

It seems to improving my sleep although it takes around 30mins driving me sleep sometimes. But, I don't wake up at the mid-night at least.

Tried it for 2 months now I can say it makes a difference in mood stabilization, tablet size is resonable, my dosage 2-3 tablets a day. I like the mix ingredients of Gaba with L theanine and lemon balm extract although not in big amounts but this doubles benefit of mood stabilization impact. There is no specific taste of tablets if your sensitive to taste & the packaging quality is good.

I received the package very quickly and it arrived intact, with the product sealed. At this stage, I am about to test it and will come back with an update later.
