This was my first time trying sumac and I was sort of disappointed. The flavor is nice, but I expected it to taste be much stronger than it did. I ended up having to used a lot to get the flavor on food. However, I think the quality is fine, just a matter of expectations at this price point.

I love the tangy taste and adds a bright flavor to a buttered noodle dish and I like to add a hot spice with it.

this is a nice sumac. Its the salted version. Goes great in salads and dressings with lemon juice. I love putting it on potatoes and roasting them. Or chips!

This was my first time tasting Sumac, which I’ve seen in a lot of recipes. I like the flavor and will definitely be using it. I couldn’t give it 5 stars only because I have nothing to compare it to.

Absolutely love sumac! It tastes fantastic and really fresh! I use it for Middle Eastern dishes as well as just sprinkled on veggie roasts, meat and fish. Also good to use in sandwiches to improve the taste
