Excellent product for endurance athletes 30 grams gives you about 24 grams of carbohydrates, salts and minerals Easy to use product throughout the race
Have tried all the Bolt Chews flavours, and this one is a favourite as it is a nice balance of both sweet and tart. This is a good sized gummy for an energy boost between matches. Even in the heat the gummies do not sweat or melt. I just wish the packet was the resealable kind, as you only need 1-2 chews each time. Once the package is opened, the gummies will fall out.
You neeed to drink water with it because lemon taste
These chews are great. Instant boost and easy on the gut. Love them
i use while hiking and its great use and value. great package, tasty and refreshing and gives the needed energy on the go. Holds the heat well and easy to use
its really tasty i really enjoy eating this while running its small fits in the pocket, easy to grab
These taste good and give good energy. I just wish they were a bit more bite size. I like to eat them on my long runs and I with the individual chews were closer to the size of jelly beans for ease of consumption.
These delicious gummies are made without gelatin, giving them a chewy, soft texture. I've bought the caffeinated version several times over the years, but this is my first time buying the decaffeinated version. They're sweet and delicious, but the packaging isn't very portable, so it's best to transfer them into a separate resealable bag after opening.
The flavor is fresh, and the advantage is the packaging. Each box has twelve small packets, which is convenient to carry and there is no specific dosage limit. In addition to replenishing energy during travel, it is also very suitable for daily use (eating).
Nice and sturdy, with a premium feel to it. This brand always delivers consistent results—it’s become one I rely on. Shipping was fast and tracking updates were accurate. It’s always great when something arrives better than expected. Highly recommend this one!
