I've been taking B12 for a while now, and this time I bought two new brands to try. The packaging is nice. It would be even better if they had more tablets. Now that they have folic acid, it's even better. I recommend it to mothers.

Instead of modern, bioavailable forms (such as methylcobalamin for B12 and methylfolate for B9), they use the simplest and cheapest forms: cyanocobalamin, pyridoxine HCl, and regular folic acid. For those with absorption issues or mutations in folate cycle genes, these forms are less effective or not suitable at all.

I love this idea of getting all the Bees together. Folic acid too. The taste is OK, kinda candyish taste but it’s just OK. Some people don’t like it. For an instant my hubby doesn’t tolerate this kind of taste so inhale to order him a separate capsule version supplement. It’s a bit too early to determine if it works wonders or not. As a matter of fact it’s never going to be so clear. It you alive and kicking then it means it OK. It may change my metabolism a bit since I’m pretty regular now. I wish the tablets would be a little bit steadier because the bottom of the bottle is full of tiny crumbs rather then the whole tablets. Do you know what I mean?…
