An excellent formulation for people who do not need the added iron and the iodine. Highly recommended.

Can choose to take 1 or up to 3 capsules per day up to individual preference. Suggested use is 3 capsules a day. Just started. Unsure of effect on health. For general health maintenance. Packaging feels solid. Bottle quality feels impressive. List of minerals and vitamins look sufficient for me. This doesn’t come with iron and iodine so its suitable for those who doesn’t wish to include these ingredients.

I wanted to love these, needed iodine and iron free supplement, but the dose of 3 large capsules have a very strong odor and made me nauseous. I can’t take these, they kept repeating on me and I kept tasting them over and over (in a bad way). Just want others to be aware of this if you decide to try them. My search continues 😢

During my protocol my nutritionist added this one 40 min after my meal. It seems it works well for me.

I was advised to use a multivitamin without iron or iodine. This ticks all the boxes for what I look for. No stomach upset and the price is right.
