I have an inflammatory condition and these supplements have done WONDERS for me

I have tried SPM many times and I just don’t feel any difference. Everyone is different and I guess I’m in the camp that it doesn’t really help me.

I want to get the benefits of Omega-3 Fatty Acids but can't swallow the huge fush oil capsules. I didn't like liquid formulations. Vital Nutrients offers a version made from a clean source of algae which offers pro resolving mediators which helps with inflammation and immune resolution. The dose is 3 capsules per day tho. I trust the manufacturer and like the formulation.

This is such a great prm choice. The size is much more manageable than the thorne ones and the price is much more affordable than the metagenix one. It tastes better than the other 2 as well. Love that it is vegan as well. Noticed a increase shift in energy after about a week!

Omega with SPM have added benefits. I wanted to try this when they had a sale. My joints are feeling so good but can’t purchase at full price. The capsules are fresh without odor or funky taste.

This was recommended at a high dose for resolving inflammation feedback loops in the body. I'm grateful for the vegan option. I think it will be awhile before I notice changes but the quantity and standardization of SPMs is ideal.
