So pleased to discover IHERB offers Eden black soy beans, they are difficult to find in the US. Delicious and nutritious. Adds more protein than other beans. Substitute them for black or kidney bean in recipes. Excellent made into chili.

I use these in all kinds of recipes. A little hard to find so this online source is a gold mine.

I can no longer eat any other beans except soybeans. These beans taste great and do not spike my blood sugar. I am so glad I discovered these black soybeans ! I like to make tostada's with them and to me they taste like a cross between black beans and pinto beans. Some people like to rinse the Kombu out but I enjoy eating that too . It really does not have any flavor to me and adds to the nutrition. I have eaten many cans of these beans now and the quality is great and consistent. Will be reordering!

I've only had a chance to make these once, and they weren't that great, but I'll be giving them a shot again. I tried making them into "refried beans". They're very, 'grainy', if that's the proper description, but it could have also been my fault for rushing them. But, for guiltless beans, I'll keep ordering!

I've been using the black soy beans as a replacement for what I would normally make regular black beans as a side or ingredient. They are healthier and all-around better for you.

Looking for a lower carb bean and this is perfect!
