Love this product. I only take 4 caps at night and it helps me relax and get quality sleep. This brand is all about effective quality ingredients and dosing. No joke, but dont sleep on it. If you struggle with being restless at night, this really helps!

Great ingredients that have calming effect and aids in sleep
I think I see a pretty calming effect. But the product colors the urine in a phosphorescent yellow. Because of the vitamin B. And also a bit of an unpleasant smell in the urine for those who are sensitive.
I used it for a while and yes it reduces anxiety and tension, but it has to be the full dose. I didn't like the large dose of pills, but it worked for me. Use it when needed

i ordered 4 bottles of Calm+. I've used it for a full year without side effects. the 4th was a different label despite same ingredients. overnight i almost choked on my saliva due to excessive secretions production. I'm a healthy 40year old adult with no problems with swallowing. I tried 2 tablets in the day and there was also alot of saliva produced. I also compared with the original bottle -6 tablets & it was alright. could this be a batch issue?
The taste is really awesome. Ingredients is pure. Size is perfect for travel. Package was perfect as well. Great for fitness folks. Benefit is it gives you alert mind. Great for diet plan.
