I ordered 1 and received 3 together. I don’t know if it’s like this or not, but the pen is weak. It’s clear that if you press hard on it, it breaks quickly. Its color is black, but not the blackness of night, to be honest. It’s a bit of a dull black and has no smell. It’s easy to use, the size is weak, and the pen is weak.

I was surprised to find these for purchase on iHerb and have now bought a few. Good quality product, decent size/longevity, great price (and sometimes on promo). Raven color is perfect for darker hair without the warmth that you sometimes get from a dark brown shade. Will continue to repurchase!
