I really like those vitamins quality is great rhe taste is not fish and good price clean ingredients. and convenient size I take them almost daily for trying to prevention in deficiency. the package arrived on time.
These vitamins have quite a good selection of minerals, including the very important lycopene and lutein. I do believe something in these vitamins helped a split in my thumbnail close up. They're fairly easy to take and I haven't noticed any stomach upset.
