This is the only calcium carbonate supplement I've found that doesn't contain soy bean oil/products or other ingredients to which I am allergic. Even previous prescription only tablets have caused gastrointestinal issues. Blood calcium levels have also come back into the normal range. Thoroughly recommend this 'pure' product.
The packaging is intact, the quality of the product is excellent, I took it for children, after a few days they started drinking, the discomfort in the knees disappeared, the age is from 18, the ingredient is excellent because it contains calcium and vitamin D, there is improvement, the taste is normal.

I didn't notice I ordered tablets instead of capsules. It was a bit disappointing (size is too big, and it's hard to break it up for a digestive system), but it was absolutely my fault. I like the ratio of calcium vs. Vitamin D in this product. Usually, many supplements do not have enough amount of Vitamin D.

best quality/quantity/price ratio on Iherb in my opinion! although this dosage can be considered a little high for people in my age (early 30s), but my doctor recommended it because im on artifical menopause and therefore more prone to bone density loss. the ingredients are very few and nothing bad, the packaging is lovely and sturdy and they are halal certified! they don't taste bad too, or I just dont notice..
