Since I started using this, I have noticed a positive change in my morning awakening, and in my physical strength and concentration during the day. I think the itching from my atopic dermatitis has decreased and the area of inflammation has become smaller. (I expect that the increased production of cortisol is suppressing excess histamine.) It seems that long-term, large doses of B6 require caution, so I plan to stop taking it this time or next time.

Great composition, no taste at all, the dosage you can accomplish it with only one tablet, and you get all the benefits, my only concern is regarding the size of the tablets but you can always split it in two to make it easier to swallow, only one ingredient and the quality of the brand was personally recommended by my functional doctor
