I ordered these to help my nervous system and combine with amino acids. I like the taste and percentage of vitamins per serving. Don’t not about the effect yet but among other gummy complex of vitamin B those seem to be the best for quality and effectiveness.

Good doses and forms of B vitamins. I took it for my child. Will take more. Instead of sugar, sugar alcohol is a carbohydrate structurally similar to sugar. It is used as a low-calorie sweetener. Sugar alcohols increase glucose slightly or do not increase it at all.
I have anemia and will easily feel fatigue. After taking 2 tablets per day, my energy level increases. I believe B Complex plays a role in the maintenance of normal red blood cells and helps in reducing fatigue.

It is hard to find a complete vitamin B in gummy form for the kids, as most of the vitamin B complex are in pills or softgels which my kids do not know how to swallow yet. good price, and easy to take. they have a chalky, almost grainy powdery taste and aftertaste that lingers. like the smell of walking into a natural food store but in your mouth haha. I will definitely use them all but if the other gummies I buy are in stock id choose those over these. most important is that they get the vitamins inside me, though!
