I think it's high quality. I've included an image with the ingredients translated into Japanese. It's helpful because it only uses natural ingredients. I eat it when I'm sleep-deprived, tired, or hungry and don't have much time, and it helps me stay healthy. It comes in a glass jar and the packaging is dark green. There was a safety seal inside. I often end up eating two at once, but it's spicy so it's very satisfying ^^
