I usually don’t write reviews but this Magneisum deserves. I have been battling constipation since I got covid 2 years ago. After many doctors, exams , natural antibiotics and supplements ( including other forms of magnesium) this was the only thing that made me regular again. I capsule at night and is guaranteed a bowel movement next day. THANK YOU.
works well upon consumption and drinking lots of water before bed but during popping it will be very very painful and strenuous.

I take magnesium oxide to help with digestion. Most people take it for sleep, muscle, or joint issues. But is has worked very well in keeping me regular. The size of the pills are slightly large but not a problem for me. There's no aftertaste. The package is easy to open.
I get this directly from Vitamin Shoppe as well and the quality is as good as the name brands for less money
