I've been taking omega-3 supplements for my skin and hair for a long time, but recently my joints have been bothering me—my knee aches, my back gets stiff after a day at the office. And here you have it all in one capsule: 600 mg EPA/DHA plus 425 mg curcumin, which is renowned for its anti-inflammatory properties. After a couple of weeks of taking it, I really noticed that my morning joint stiffness had almost completely disappeared, and my head felt clearer. The capsules are quite large, but they're easy to swallow, and the best part is there's no fishy taste or burping. The only thing I find a bit off is that there are only 60 capsules in the package, and if you follow the recommendation of taking two a day, the bottle lasts exactly a month. It's a bit expensive for me on a regular basis, but as a course of joint and immune support, it's an excellent option.
