We got this because her usual brand of lecithin granules was out of stock, and she has been very pleased with the quality and adds it to her chicory. We may even stay with this brand permanently.
What I liked Granules, not capsules — you can “adjust” the dose to suit yourself and add it to any food. Solubility: if you let it “swell” for 2-3 minutes, the granules dissolve perfectly in yogurt/smoothies. Economical: a 454 g jar lasts a long time even with daily use. Versatility: both as an additive and as a technological ingredient (emulsifier) in the kitchen. Taste and how I use it The taste is soft, slightly “grainy”. It goes best with: Greek yogurt, oatmeal/porridge, smoothies, cottage cheese, sometimes in coffee with milk (if diluted beforehand). In baking, it behaves as an emulsifier: the dough is more uniform, muffins/pancakes are more tender. Effect (my experience) Less “heaviness” after fatty foods, the feeling of discomfort in the right hypochondrium began to appear less often. The skin became a little less dry during the heating season. I also keep it as a “kitchen” emulsifier – it’s convenient.

It’s the first time I ordered this. The quality of the granules is good. The ingredient is pure lecithin granules and I like the original taste. The size lasts for awhile even though I added a spoon every day into my breakfast. It’s a bit costly though.
