Great quality. Went through them fast because of 2 cap serving size. Better energy thanks to it. Makes my pee neon yellow. Slightly big capsule size which can be hard to swallow

I take this product 3x per week for maintenance. A couple hours after taking one capsule, my urine turns bright yellow. I don't have any side effects, and I feel good. My only problem with the product and maybe it is this way for all B-complex capsules, but the inside of the bottle is coated with B powder. The capsules are fine, so I don't know. I may try another brand next time, but I liked the ingredients, so I may stick with Vthrive.

I liked this B, although I'm not sure it gave me the energy I was used to from other co-enzyme products. Decent for the cost
