Easy to digest. I take two about 2 hours before bed and they help me unwind and relax. I've taken them for about a year now, and I noticeably do not sleep as well without taking them. I take these along with another natural sleep aide supplement. Good price for the amount that comes in the bottle. Recommend!

Bought these for my mother & noticed a change in her stress & how she handles it. I think the ingredients are very beneficial. Will purchase again.

It's effective. But If i take more than 1 capsule it makes me feel a bit drowsy.
