i know this is a great quality top of the line fish oil supplement, great for inflammation and has many other benefits, but i felt it was too stong for me. even just one gelcap. wish it was a lower dose, but i'm sure the company has their reasons for it. if you can handle the dose, this has great ingredients with no aftertaste
