Since I was able to take vitamins D and K together, I felt that the absorption was well balanced. After continuing to take it, I felt that my body had become a little more stable. The pills are easy to take, so it's good that it's easy to continue taking it.

This is one huge bottle, size is definitely satisfactory. The expiry date is in four months time though.. wish it could be longer.
