The tablets are on the large side but scored so you can split them; no taste (just a slight chalkiness if you chew one by mistake). D3 and K2 are needed to help with calcium absorption when supplementing calcium. This product is enough for one go, and I will have to wait half a year before measuring again to see if bone density has really improved.
