I usually take these in the morning before my workout. It’s a nice boost without the added ingredients of a pre workout. The quality of these are great and the taste is good. I always add a bit more water since it’s in the morning. The caffeine is good enough to get out of bed and get some results from your workout. 1 stick a day for the dosage is good enough.

Those who want caffeine and do not like coffee and tea can replace them with juice.
