I think this is a top notch supplement that supplies the nutrients I may be missing in my diet. Just received a new bottle and plan to stick with this multivitamin.

I have been using the once daily probiotic from this brand and they helped with my bloating and belly discomfort. I'm very happy with the results and decided to give these a try. Good packaging.

I have just taken this one (1 tablet/day), but need to stop. The reason is my body has bad reaction to this multivitamin, such as bloating, body heat and bad constipation. This one is apparently not appropriate for me.

I trust Dr Axe to put out a trustworthy product. With that being said, just read the list of ingredients to see that it covers comprehensively what you are looking for in a multivitamin and mineral supplement!

I used this when the women's multi was out of stock, quality was high as usual, and I guess it was effective because I didn't feel like I was deficient in anything.

What can I say, high quality, excellent stack of ingredients, great potency for daily usage. A great multi for preventative supplementation. Highly effective, I definitely recommend anything from Ancient Nutrition.

I wouldn’t recommend for sensitive skin, as some component might cause reactions. Other than that, I definitely recommend the brand and the product as it is a great supplement to add to your routine

Good quality supplement as it is whole food and fermented for greater absorption. As it is of high potency, I only need to take one daily.
