I enjoyed the Icy Blue Razz flavour, and the powder mixed well with water. I noticed a boost in energy and focus during my workouts. The flavour is quite sweet, which may not suit everyone. The 400 g container provides 20 servings, so the cost per workout is worth considering. Overall, I’m happy with it and would consider buying it again.

Strong energy and focus boost for workouts. Definitely powerful, so I use half a scoop as the scoop seems quite big and 300mg of caffeine seems a lot for a serving
