I tried this product on sale and it’s a little soon to tell but I felt more chill / good when taking this nightly. I like the quality mushroom ingredients used and the benefits of immunity detoxing and energy boost as well as nervous system and cell healing power. I read the cellular healing book and reishi supplement was advised I think I will keep on taking this!
