I have been suffering from clinical depression for many years. Used different brands of St. John's Wort. Some brands did not work at all whereas some other brands worked but not everytime. This is the first time I am using this brand and already finished two bottles but did not see any positive results so far. Every individual is different, so the body reacts differently to any supplement. Some individuals may find it effective but I did not see any positive results.
