Quality was good and the taste was okay. Wasn't super impressed by the favor of the efficiency of the product but definitely had no complaints. Gave energy for my routine like you would expect from a Pre-workout and saw results also like one would expect from supplements and proper diet.

Got this on sale, proved quite efficient and benefit me with extra energy during my workout. Best result and good taste and quality. Dosage is awhile scoop, lasting me quite a bit with my frequent use alongside my routine. Package was good.
