Everybody knows that creatine monohydrate is all you really need. I still like that they added two other forms of high quality creatine to the formulation. The powder is very fine and mixes well. There is no bad odour or taste. Will buy again when it‘s on sale.
The quantity is small and doesn't match the price. The taste is bland and mixes well with anything. The quality is pure, and the ingredients include 4 grams of creatine.
