It is pretty expensive for what it is, but the taste is pretty decent. Overall, I probably would not purchase again as there are many cheaper options with the same ingredients.

The taste is so delicious and the most delicious electrolyte I’ve tasted it tastes like very mild strawberries and cream Great pre workout drink because i dont drink anything with caffeine so this Ryse hydration is really what i need it also has tons of other vitamins and minerals not just electrolytes and salt so this is really worth it to buy. I love how also it come in little sachet so i can carry it everywhere i go. I love wish iherb sell lots of Ryse products because ryse is my go to when it comes to supplements i trust daddy noel so much.
I’d like to warn you that if you use 1 sachet per 1 bottle (500ml) , the taste will be very intense; I usually dilute 1 sachet in 2 bottles for optimal taste and aroma. I love how it tastes, it is the best I tried so far.
