I got this because I am a 59 year old female who weight trains. I feel this product assists me in building muscle and staying strong as I age. Leucine plays a key role in muscle growth and metabolism. I also feel I am less sore post workout when using this.

Started taking these after my workouts and I think they're helping with muscle recovery. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't upset my stomach. Good value for the bottle size too.
However, leucine smells and tastes disgusting. It also destroyed the flavor of my next meal. Eating eggs and Greek yogurt, as well as other foods can usually provide all the leucine a body needs
