My doctor recommend this product so I didnt even read the ingredients. I avoid natural flavors since we cant know what they actually are and would prefer not having potassium sorbate in there either. It could have better ingredients for a vitamin. Easy dosage though and good taste, kind of sweet. But I will find one that benefits me better.
