Really happy with the formula, it's the only multi with choline & TMG that I can think of, beside it's not hundred of thousand % DV like some supplements, which in my opinion is totally useless and can be even detrimental. I'm very sensitive to stuff like K2 so it just feels right. It's not the cheapest multi but if you add up everything inside, that makes sense and can even be cheaper than individually and you have the convenience to have it all included. Hope It doesn't get more expensive though, health seems to become a luxury and it's already a lot for me to spend, but I don't regret it.

less plastic could have been used here, its annoying when producers make it look big and then its only partially filled with the actual product.

From day one Dr. Brad’s multivitamin has made my dreams noticeably more vivid and memorable. I’m not sure which ingredient is responsible, although taurine from magnesium taurate is one possibility. I’ve only been taking it for about a week, so it’s too early to know whether this is a positive or negative effect.

Dr. Stanfield is a very reputable doctor so i decided to try the microvitamins. It is somewhat pricey but the quality of the product is excellent. I am 49 yrs. old and i think the ingredients suit me because since taking it, i felt more energy throughout the day. The size of the tablets are just right, not too big or small either. With that, i will continue to take the supplements.

Size of pills is large for needing to take 5/day and some discoloration happens over time (within a month) but the quality remains good. Not quite enough magnesium for me, but just enough of the other ingredients.

Dr. Brad has scientifically formulated a mutli vitamin/mineral that doesn't make the pitfall many others do by having too much or too little of certain vitamins or minerals. The only multi I could recommend
